Please note that you will need to stitch one additional row around your design before inserting it into the display box.  When placing your order, please include the mini kit design you are stitching in the order note section of your order.  We are happy to send these additional strands to you at no charge.  If you have any additional questions, please reach out to our customer service team at orders@needlepoint.com.

Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping will be calculated when you check out, and before you confirm your order, so you can view the shipping options. Free shipping is available for US orders that total $75 or more.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on: canvases, kits, accessories and threads. We are unable to accept returns on books, stitch guides/charts and special-order items. If you choose add-on threads for your canvas, we will accept the entire thread pack. Please request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and any online class videos must be un-viewed.
