I would never stitch without stretcher bars. They keep your canvas in shape and when you are done ….perfection.

Can’t wait to see this hanging on the tree of a family member who is a fan of Harry Potter!
A bit of petite red velvet for the hat, some fuzzy stuff in a turkey stitch or French knot for the trim and maybe some satin or glittery fibers for the initials. Then a nice decorative background stitch in a glittery white to complete the look.
Looking forward to seeing the final results.
