How To View Your Needle Points
From the home page of our website, click on the Needle Points icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to view your rewards.
If you don't already have an account you can click "Join Now" to create or "Sign In" if you already have one.
Here, you'll see how many points you currently have, how to earn more, your activity, and how to redeem your points. You'll also be able to see how close you are to reaching the next level of our tiered program.
How to add or update your birthday
Click on "Ways to Earn" on your account dashboard (seen above).
Find the Happy Birthday Reward and click "Edit Date".
Here you'll be able to edit your birthday to earn points! Be sure to click "Save Date" after entering the month and day.
How to Redeem your Needle Points
Click on "Ways to Redeem" in your account dashboard to view all of the rewards you can redeem based on how many Needle Points you currently have. Rewards you have enough points for will have a blue "Redeem" button next to it.
Once you click "Redeem" you will receive a code to use on your next order. You can enter this code at checkout or click "Apply code" to automatically add the code to your cart now. When you redeem a reward, you can use it immediately or anytime in the future! You will receive an email with the coupon code and the code will be added to a "Your Rewards" folder you can always come back to and use at a later date. If you make a mistake redeeming your points, you can contact our customer service at orders@needlepoint.com and we can refund the points back to your account for you!
