FINISHING PRICING
A Fresh Take on Finishing Pricing at Needlepoint.Com
We are excited to announce a new pricing model for finishing, starting January 2026! You will know upfront exactly how much finishing your project will cost before it goes off to the finisher.

Please note prices are subject to change at any time depending on our finishing partners’ rates.
FINISHING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $50 deposit per piece is required when your finishing order is placed. This deposit reserves your spot in our queue and will be applied to your final balance.
Final payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. If payment isn’t received within 30 days, the invoice will be reissued as a friendly reminder.
Invoices unpaid after 60 days will incur a $25 storage and administrative fee for every 30 days there after until payment is received.
We appreciate your prompt payment and your trust in our finishing services—it allows us to care for your stitched pieces with the attention and detail they deserve!
Earn & Use Needle Points for Finishing
You can now earn and use Needle Points for finishing. For information on Needle Points, check out the Rewards page on our website.
SENDING US YOUR PROJECTS
Step 1
Print a finishing form for each project you are finishing. You can find all the finishing forms here. Please note forms are specific to each type of finishing we provide.
Step 2
Complete both pages of the finishing form. Photos and drawings are always accepted!
Step 3
Click the “Pay Deposit” button below to pay your $50.00 deposit (per item). Remember to adjust the quantity in cart for the number of pieces you are sending us. You will be mailed a receipt.
Step 4
Write down the Order # from your receipt on page 2 of the finishing form. You can find the Order # at the top of the email receipt.

Mail your completed needlepoint piece(s) and finishing form(s) to:

We highly recommend placing your canvas in a plastic zip top bag bag before placing it in your mailing envelope or box. We also highly recommend using UPS or FedEx and getting the tracking information for your package.
SUBMISSION DATES
- Because of high demand and the handcrafted process, we can’t guarantee a specific return date. Please send your stitched canvases as soon as they're finished.
To receive them by Christmas, use the submission dates below as as a guide. These dates are provided by our finishers and are subject to change.
