Returns
We are happy to accept returns on: canvases, kits, accessories and threads. We are unable to accept returns on books, stitch guides/charts and special-order items. If you choose add-on threads for your canvas, we will accept the entire thread pack. Please request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
