Note that for pillow finishing, fabric and trim must be supplied by the customer. Please provide adequate fabric for self-welts and ruffles, and/or adequate cording and fringe, if applicable.

Step 1
Complete and print this form for each project you are finishing and include it in your package.
Step 2
Let us know how you want to finish your project. Photos and drawings are always accepted!
Step 3
Mail your completed piece(s) and all required paperwork to the address below. We recommend using UPS or FedEx, and getting the tracking information for your package.
