We do not accept returns on canvases, books or stitch guides/charts. We accept un-opened skeins, threads, spools or cards of threads, with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
After you have stitched your needlepoint canvas you can send the stitched piece back to us for finishing. Finishing is a service provided for an additional cost where your needlepoint piece is made into the final product. We provide many finishing options such as ornament finishing, pillow finishing, and stocking finishing.
