• The Q-Snap™ Frame Holder is made to hold the Q-Snap™ PVC embroidery frame (not currently available for purchase at Needlepoint.com)
• The holder is adjustable, and accepts 8-inch to 17-inch Q-Snap™ frames
• The Q-Snap™ frame is the white PVC square shown in the photos, which is not included with the frame

USER TIP - Aways be sure to fully separate the mating teeth when adjusting attachments, or damage will occur and the teeth will not hold. Loosen the knob enough that the teeth fully separate, and be sure the teeth match before tightening.

Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping will be calculated when you check out, and before you confirm your order, so you can view the shipping options. Free shipping is available for US orders that total $75 or more.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on: canvases, kits, accessories and threads. We are unable to accept returns on books, stitch guides/charts and special-order items. If you choose add-on threads for your canvas, we will accept the entire thread pack. Please request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and any online class videos must be un-viewed.
