Step 1
Complete and print this form for each project you are finishing and include it in your package.
Step 2
With your form, let us know how you want to finish your project. Photos and drawings are always accepted! If you are sending us a pillow, be sure to indicate your fabric and trim selections if applicable.
Step 3
Mail your completed piece(s) and all required paperwork to the below address. We recommend using UPS or Fedex, and getting the tracking information for your package.

Because of high demand and the handcrafted process, we can’t guarantee a specific return date. Please send your stitched canvases as soon as they're finished. To receive them by Christmas, use the submission dates to the right as a guide.
