What are my options for stand-up finishing?

Stand-ups can be finished in a variety of ways. Some examples are pictured in the gallery below.

The basic stand-up will start at $65, depending on size. Gussets, feet, stands, and embellishments can be added, all adding to the cost. Stand-ups can also be two-sided (if you’ve stitched a two-sided canvas).

Easel backs and/or picture frames can either be Vertical or Horizontal. Fabric and cording is chosen by the finisher unless otherwise specified.

Brick cover finishing starts at $180. Our finisher provides the brick insert, and the brick cover is finished with either cording or a self- welt around the bottom edge and a fabric base.

What are my options for eyeglass case finishing?

Eyeglass case finishing typically starts at around $80. The eyeglass case will have a silk or satin lining and a velvet backing, unless otherwise specified.

Instructions for Sending in Finishing

  • Mail your piece(s) to 3811 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607, Attn: Finishing. We recommend sending your piece via UPS or FedEx. Please get the tracking information!

  • Please print the form for each project you are sending here. Fill out the information and include it in your package.

  • Let us know how you want your piece finished. Pictures and drawings are always accepted!

  • If you are sending a pillow, we ask that you provide your
    fabric and trim (if applicable).

  • When your piece arrives at our store, we will send you an email to let you know it arrived safely.
